We traveled quite a distance to purchase a toy hauler we saw online. We were cautious as the deal we d made seemed very fair but thought when we arrived, they d try to charge us more. We were pleasantly surprised!! The RV needed some minor repairs after we started Home but they quickly fixed them so we could get on our way. JT was our salesman & we couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, easy process. We wish we lived close enough to have them as our dealer!
Well they have managed to take my review off and it is the WORSE dealer you can ever come across - from being liars and never doing what the say to being very dishonest and owner is so arrogant that he is stupid ignorant - wrecked our RV while in his possession and then tried to get my insurance to pay for it LOL - been in their shop 6 months now and he is charging us storage after it took him 4 months to repair the damage his grandson did to our unit when he backed over a telephone pole - thats right they wrecked it - now we have hired a attorney to help us - feel free to contact me if you would like to chat about joining our fight - firstname.lastname@example.org
I thought this dealer was great when I bought my 2006 keystone mountaineer,boy was I wrong.when we got it set up we found more wrong with it,than the one I traded in,don't buy from this place,they don't check what they sell.they will check yours though,and when they get threw your camper is worth a flip,but they will work with you,all the way to the poor house.can't even give them a one,they are so bad.
The worse place I have ever done business with. The salesmen are great when buying the campers but the service dept is totally the opposite. Bought a brand new camper , got it set up and realized Refrigerator didn't work. Camper had to go back to lot, took 2 weeks to get it fixed, when camper was delivered back to us (which we paid for delivery) the side of camper had been damaged while in their care. We have already made the first payment on the camper and still haven't got to use it. I really wish I had read reviews before doing business with them. We were told it had new managers.....obviously they need customer service classes!
After what started off as a horrible experience of trying to purchase a Winnebago elsewhere in the state - I came across Bob and Josh at River City. Bob wasn't even a Salesman but the Parts Manager!! He dropped everything that he doing and spent the better part of two days showing my wife and I everything about the Ellipse. Josh, The Head guy - Really is the Rv King of Arkansas. River City made up for all the wrong doing at the other dealer and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Bob & Josh!!
Simply great, I purchased my allegro bus from river city - and I couldn't be happier. I had a service issue shortly after getting home and Joshua the General Manager had two technicians come to my home 50 miles away to make sure my wife and I didn't miss our maiden voyage. Thank you river city you earned a customer for life.
After shopping for a motorhome for months I am proud to say that I found Arkansas' customer first dealership. I had a terrible experience at the chain RV store on I 40 and when I met josh at river city all was better. I highly recommend josh and river city for your purchase and especially service.
I just experienced the most honest RV dealings I have ever had at any RV dealer!!! These folks are wonderful to work with. I had compared prices and quality of the travel trailers around this area and was able to find a better unit at a true bargain. The process was explained to me all along by my salesman, Danny Rice, and I know I got the very best deal I could have gotten anywhere. I would recommend River City Recreation World to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect and not pressured into making a hasty decision.
