The doctor is very good. But the rest of the staff is NOT!! Last year I made an appointment, and after I arrived on time, I waited for over an hour in the lobby. As soon as I complained to the lady at the front desk, I had to wait another 20 minutes before I was directed to a room in the back where I waited another 40 minutes.



Last week I called to make a new appointment. I called 5 times and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. They didn't call me back until 3 days later, and I missed their call and proceeded to call them back 5 minutes after they called me. NOBODY ANSWERED. Although I love the eye doctor here, I absolutely hate how unprofessional everybody else is. I guess they don't want my money... NEVER GOING BACK

On Sunday morning my eye felt dry. Then it began to hurt and water so much so that I could no longer keep it open. At 9:30 I told my wife I needed to see a doctor. We spent the better part of 3 hours calling and her driving to different clinics and eye care professionals, even hospitals, only to find out none have optometrist or opthalmologist working on Sunday. Agrivated and in pain we drove to The Eye Doctor and there was an emergency number on the door. I called and explained the situation. We were leaving town that afternoon to visit family out of state. Just 15 minutes later Kim and her husband pulled up and took fantastic care of me. I was beyond greatful for them to take time away from their family to care for me. She has been my doctor for 16 years now and will continue to be the only place I go for eye care. She is the best!

Awesome!!! I have used Dr. Kym for all of my vision needs for 13 years. I love her and Patrick. They are both very personable and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. A+ team!!!

I went to this doctor when I moved to the area. The RX for my glasses is the worst I have had in 50+ years. I won't go back.

I made an appointment with Dr. Kym 2 weeks in advance and when I showed up for my appointment on time I was told I would have to wait at least 1 hour due to a whole bunch of people in the waiting area who had just walked up without an appointment. These people in the waiting room were wearing their pajamas and had several kids running around unsupervised. I immediatlely cancelled my appointment and went home disappointed with this eye doctor. I initially went to this doctor because of location as I live very close. I didn't get to see the doctor so my complaint is mainly with the receptionists who scheduled my appointment. I have since made an appointment with another doctor who got me in in only 5 days. Be wary of this place they seem to overbook appointments.

Dr. Kim, is, so professional... My children and I have been going to Dr. Kim since she started in the 90's. Dr. Kim doesn't overcharge you or try to make you have a procedures you don't need. Once again, very, very professional... At this time my grandchildren now use her services. We're just one big happy satisfied family!!!

I love this eye doctor. She is throrough, honest and treats you like a human, not a number. The only reason it isn't five stars is that they are not great at answering the phone when you call. I understand they get busy, but the phone should be answered.

I really liked this eye dr.(Kimberly Devitt) she was very thorough, & friendly & didn't try to charge me an arm & a leg!! I have already made appt.'s for my family, & recommended to my extended family to try her out!
