The service at Regions has deteriorated to the point they have no service, the one star I had to give is way too much. I have banked with Regions since the 70's. I went to Customer Service and explained there was an unauthorized charge on my card for approximately $11.00; however, rather than cancel the card I would pay the $11.00, I was assured by Dwayne Williams, Branch Manager, he could cancel the charge and my card would remain active; however, much to my chagrin my card was cancelled. I use that card for utilities, gas, etc and pay off the balance every month. I talked to Mr Williams, WednesdayJuly 29, 2015. I returned on Thursday seeking an explanation; however, Mr Williams was busy so I talked to Mr. Kuykendall, who continued to eat his lunch. Mr. K said it was not Mr Williams fault that anytime a claim is filed the card is cancelled, I said you didn't know that until you made a call; however, you and Mr Williams should know the policies. It would require significant changes for me to close my accounts so for now I will keep a small amount in my account and close it out at my convince. I do not recommend this bank.
