They built a porch for me in November 2015.The porch itself is stable and looks good but this did not happen without a lot of pressure and frustration.
From the get go, WPR was unable to produce a drawing of the porch they planned to build. It was frustrating because they consistently made modifications throughout the process and then became annoyed with me when I could not agree. Then, after the porch was completed, I noted that they had laid their dirt piles on my bush and white brick house. They had also left spatters of cement 1/3 of the way up my front door. When I asked them to clean it, they again demonstrated annoyance and refused to do the clean-up citing it as a “normal” occurrence. I have a full yard. They could of placed that dirt anywhere. They should have covered my door if they knew the cement was going to splatter.
Now I’m left holding the bill for a power spray job, a new shrub- and I think I may need a new door too because I cannot get that cement off.
