I think it's short sighted to rate the entire store based only on a free rewards program. It's self-serving and doesn't say anything about the product or the service. Of course, this is what's wrong with people today, the "me-me" society. This pizza is by far the best you can get in the area. Not only is it all natural and you will not be putting chemicals in your body like with other pizzas, but the toppings are fresh cut and prepared. You cannot beat a from scratch pizza that has all the best toppings! The people are friendly and will jump through hoops for you. And, despite what the other person said, this reward program, coupled with the fact that they always have a 50% discount of some type going on, like when the Texas Rangers score 7 runs, and other similar events. It's consistently the best deal in town! I wouldn't consider another pizza for my body or my wallet. It's simply the best pizza and deals around! Peyton Manning would not lie! ;-)
Lucy's is a great little place. Small town country cooking! Under new ownership for about a year now, and the food is great, the atmosphere is great and all the servers are local kids with manners! Gets crowded fast at supper time! You may even see Randy Travis or Kenny Chesney!

Gave them 1 star because their rewards program is a joke. You have to go through hoops and loops for your free pizzas. My time is worth more than a free $10 pizza.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would! HORRIBLE service!!!! Never delivered the pizza, ordered at 7:30 tried to call the store at 8:30 bc we hadn't gotten the pizza. The line was busy until 9, then it just rang and rang. No one ever answered. Then tried to call back and it was busy again. Completely ridiculous! Will never use Pizza Hut in Sherman again.
I oredered pizza from pizza hut it took them almost 2 hours to get my order to my house. It was so cold that we had to reheat it, to eat it. I called them and they apologized and took my name, and told me that they will give me free credit for the future. I called a couple weeks later to redeem my credit, they told me that they have no credit cards nder my name. I told them what was said over phone, and they said that there was no such thing. Please be advised that the food isn't garunteed, their business has gone such downhill for the last few years I wouldn't recommend eating there. They lost my business.
Every time we go in, there is some kind of issue. Either they don't have anymore of the pizza or items that you want and won't cook anymore even though it's an hour till closing time. Seems they always lock the doors 15-20 mins before you close. And now, it's going to be a 20-30 minute wait for the "hot and ready" pizzas. Ugh!!!
