I am not very happy with Cowboy Cab i do adore Robin my Mom I and my sSister Taira miss her very much and wished she would start driving again cause her son Gabriel but Gabe for short he's something else he's turned into a real ass hole excuse my language i don't like how they give my Mom a tab but they over charge her that's total BS known she's an elderly woman you don't treat people who are 67 and older like that he's very disrespectful to everyone including Me and My Little Sister nobody should ever have to put up with somebody like him and if his momma Robin new how he treated our mom he would be getting the talking to of his life that's for sure. By the way Gabe don't you ever talk to my Mom like that again not even in a text message and don't be disrespecting my Mom you need to learn how to respect your elders not disrespect May God have Mercy on your Troubled soul

I come into sherman twice a month from Oklahoma to visit my mother, City Cab is very professional, Courteous, and on time. My mother uses them 1-2 times a week and I have been able to pre pay for her fares with Malinda for her rides to her doctors, and the grocery store, and they even help her carry in her groceries. Malinda has even called me because my mother was quite sick and hadn't gone to the store and I wasn't going to be in town for another week, so she went grocery shopping for my mother, & even cooked her dinner later that night and brought it to her. They are the best.

Their reviews speak for themselves... buyer beware! There are two taxi companies worthy of being called a taxi and this is not one of them.

Beware. Guy said he'd pick me up in 20 minutes and I waited over an hour. When he finally got there he seemed high or drunk. I got scared and had to get out of car fast. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've called this company on three different occasions trying to get a ride, and they never pick up the phone. They always call me back about ten minutes later, after I've already called a different cab, expecting me to just be sitting around waiting for them. I don't have time for that!

Professional & friendly. I felt very comfortable with him, where other cabs in town I didn't. I would recommend this guy to anyone!

Awesome all the way around I called at 230 in the morning to go 2 blocks to McDonald's and he was here by 245 and was great low price very friendly

Horrible! First I had to wait an hour for a ride, when she told me 15-20 minutes. Then once I was in her car, I felt uncomfortable the entire time! The lady kept talking about going to party with her son after she dropped me off. She also told me it would be $10 but charged me $20 for maybe 3 miles! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I Love this Taxi Service! They will take you anywhere short or long distances, they have the best rates and are always on time! Very Honest Reliable Taxi Service!!

Very personable people always feel in good hands and know.ill be taken care of and taken where I need to go when I need to go always on time I use them around five times a week as long as they know that I need a ride they do what it takes to make it happen. I give respect to them considering the difficulties in taxi services because people come with the attitude that everything else u may be already obligated to in this business doesnt matter that they should just drop everything and come instantly for you but they have other customers as well. u gotta respect that you might not get an answer during all hours of the night everyime but if you are willing to contact them with respect probably preferably a decent amount of time before you need the ride they will do everything they can to make it work a little patience and respect goes a long way consider their responsibilities as a company and they will consider your needs super nice easy going friendly people so people being ugly and demanding and immature about it are just setting there own selves up for a headache be patient have manners get in touch with them in a timely manner have a positive outlook they are here to help you but be cool enough to not be throwing fits when u need picked up cuz they can only do what they can when u have customers around the clock just takes a little effort and youll see they r the best taxi business in town with just as good a price if not lower than any other taxi in town. Any negative feed back given to them must be just people in a ugly mood about not being able to just zoom straight to them when they call this isnt first response emt this is taxi service by honest hard working people have that in mind when needing a taxi and I guarantee you wont be let down because ive used them so long I know they wouldn't mistreat a customer thats how they make their money but they can only satisisfy the people willing to be satisfied in the first place and ive learned many ppl needing cabs just think they should get a ride right then no questions if you really need the cab approach it with politeness towards the company and they will not let you down I promise. Give them a chance some people are just out to complain to begin with and think about it why r they gna go out of their way for that opposed to someone willing to be worked with if not then u should have your own transportation already figured out. On call hard working taxi not chauffeurs for the selfish demanding inconsiderate uptight people not willing to have to wait or pay an extra penny for good service or tip. Help you help yourself be real now.
