My Girlfriend is having to see a pain management doctor because of chronic back pain as well at Charcot foot disease. The constantly cancel her appointments, they send her scripts to the wrong pharmacy and they call in the wrong medicine. This douche bag needs to be reported to the AMA (American Medical Association)

I wish there was a place to pick negative stars as one is WAY to much. This guy is the biggest joke of a dr. My wife sees, well saw, this dr and was cancelled on 5 times in a row for injections, and that doesbt count the countless office visit cancellations. Do not go see this Quack, you will regret it I promise you that! How he still has a practice is beyond me, I suppose the only people that put up with this are people that just want pills. No normal person. Would put up with the constant cancellations, and the way he treats people. STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY, HE BELONGS IN JAIL!

He is the devil ! Please look Kendra Ivey up on fb and write me if you have had a bad experience with this Dr. So I can add you to the fb group I created. Thank you.

The office is staff is helpful and nice. The doctor is absolutely not. He does not let you finish talking, he assumes he knows what you are feeling, he won't listen to you in regards to what you know about your own body, he will not let you try other options, he is insufferable. It also take a minimum of a month to get in to see him, once you have an appointment keep in mind they may cancel the day of your appointment for some asinine reason. Once you actually get to go to your appointment you will wait a minimum of one hour but on average you wait about 2-3 hours. If you are in pain then this wait, sitting in uncomfortable chairs, is horrible. If, during this hours long wait, you have the need to go to the bathroom, you will be told no. The bathroom is only for the patients when they go back to take their required drug test. So if you need to go and you can't hold it then you will have to leave and go somewhere else to use the bathroom, this is hoping they don't call your name while you are gone. If they do then your wait will be much longer. So go potty before you go and don't drink much! Please keep in mind that you won't be able to talk much about how your life is affected by your pain or by your prescribed medicine. Also keep in mind that he knows way more about you than you do, according to his attitude. I wish there were more options in Sherman but I am going to Ardmore to avoid this doctor. I would rather drive an hour or so than deal with him again.

The staff and the office itself are great. The chairs are comfortable and the people are friendly. Dr. Anderson however, does not let you finish a sentence, no matter what you are talking about. My husband went with me today and was shocked at the way the doctor acted. I moved here from Lewisville and had to find a new doctor, I was fine with the level of pain and the medication (I was only taking 2 pills a day, which is great) He doesn't prescribe the medication I was on so he moved me to something else 4 times a day. When my husband and I went in today for the two-week follow-up to see how the treatment was doing, he literally wouldn't let me finish. The medication was prescribe 1 every 4 hours, for me it would only last 2 1/2-3 hours and it wouldn't get me through the night. And it made me very tired. He said I'm not putting you anything else. My husband said 'so you would degrade her quality of life and not try something else?' The doctor pretty much told us to leave. We weren't able to question him about anything or find an alternative. It really was shocking and I have never had a doctor not want to know what is going on with their patient, and why would he move me to MORE pills per day. From what I understand, the whole reason for a pain management doctor is to get your pain level lower for longer periods of time and eventually (if possible) have you taking LESS medication.

I am absolutely appalled at the way we were treated. I would not recommend anyone go see him, because he does not care about his patients.

My mom has been dealing with chronic neck and arm pain for the last 6 months or so. She was referred to this office by her doctors to receive injections and other treatments for her pain. Her pain level is excruciating and limits her from doing a lot of basic day-to-day activities. All of her other doctors rely on her being able to see this doctor because their treatments have to coincide with his. She has to wait a minimum of a month to even get an appointment at this office. She also lives 45 minutes away from this office. With that being said, after waiting a month to see Dr. Anderson, she was notified the day of her appointment that her appointment has been canceled. This has not only happened once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES. Every time his office has a juvenile excuse to cancel. Dr. Anderson I suggest that you re-evaluate your ethical obligation as a pain management doctor. Your clients depend on you to do your job! Not sometimes sir, but every time!

I am fighting rectal cancer & dealing with chronic pain. In November I called to make my first appt. to see the Dr. Waited a month for my appointment date of Dec. 29. It's a 45minute drive. Got to my appt. 15 minutes early, as requested.. Was told the Dr. had cancelled because he was sick. No call ahead of time to cancel. Was told that they would call me to reschedule. A week later no call back. I called to rescheduled. Another month wait! Feb. 4th. Get there 15 minutes early, Dr. was out of town. Was lied to by telling me that the office had called to cancel my appt. I had no calls or messages from them! Was told I could reschedule for another month away! B.S.! These people are incompetent and unprofessional and I will not be rescheduling with them!
