This place is an absolute joke. They aren't professional or trained well. My stylist had to ask another stylist how to do bangs and neither of them could do it. I walked out looking like a cabbage patch kid. I wish I could upload a picture, you would not believe the bangs I walked out with. Not even similar to the picture I showed her. Their job is to make clients feel beautiful with a new hairdo. But I've never had a worse haircut and now thanks to them I'll be insecure and hiding my hair for months until it grows out enough I can fix it.

The hair salon at jcpeeny is great even though I had a huge , misunderstanding .I became up set after making and appointment asking for a Hispanic speaking person and they say the did not have one there then I requested a early appointment and they also said I had to wait and they would call me back ,to see if they had anything available and to top it all of she just took my number and name she did not ask what time or anything because, she was busy at the time so rude. Then I go in into the store and find out that there is a speaking Spanish person which upsets me because when I called they said there was not one. Then I ask the lady kindly if she could start on my sister in laws hair she was so kind sweet and loving that she said she would. Which ms porras did and amazing job she also recommend me miss Katy I believe her name was they both did amazing if you ever go to penny's for a new hair style I definitely recommend them to they r amazing!!!!! Ps don't go with any other girls they are so rude and dishonest.
