These guys were pretty good when they first opened. They were a refreshing alternative to the other mower shops. Not so much anymore.

They promise to check on parts and call back. They don't and then lie about leaving a voice mail. The counter guy is apparently overwhelmed. he cant remember what he told you last time, indicating that what he promised was BS. They sat my mower aside for 3 weeks due to a part on backorder. I found the part and brought it to them and they seemed upset. The counter guy I will refer to as "Quasimoto" insisted on arguing about the "special order part" and why they could not send it back even though it had not arrived yet lol. I had already told him 3 times that I would pay for the "special order" part and keep it as a spare. Again , the guy seems to seek out argument as opposed to problem solving and customer service. The owner watched all of this from his darkened office

Quasimoto then refused to give an estimate of when the mower would be ready. I had called two previous times and was told it would be in the next couple of days. He then took offense and asked why I thought the mechanic should drop what he was doing to fix my mower. I explained succinctly that he should because he had been putting other customers in front of me for 2-3 weeks. Simple, first in first out. It seemed like they would rather climb a tree to be obstinate when they could stand on the ground and solve problems. Quasimoto admitted that there were other sources for the part, but "he doesn't have time to stand around and source parts for customers"! How amusing because Quasimoto and another employee were slumped over the parts counter when I walked in. No customers in the business.

The owner kinda got involved and stood in moody indifference listening to Quasimoto argue with a customer. To replace the small part is maybe a 15 minute task, and they would not commit to getting this done.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Great guys

I took a few items up to their shop. They looked over everything and actually recommended that I not spend money getting one item repaired due to cost of repairs being more than than the value of my edger. They were able to make the other repairs at a responsible price. Very friendly and profession guys. I'll definitely use their services In the future.
