Terrible. Had 3 separate appointments and no one showed up even though they called my wife and I to make sure someone would be there. After the 4th appointment the installer did not even bury the cable line. He just left it on top of the ground with access line around the cable riser in the front yard. Would give 0 stars but it wasn't an option.

Been trying to be very patient with this company. My internet has been down for a week. They said a tech would be out Wednesday, but could give no time frame. Waited all day and nothing. So I call Thursday and then tell me they will send another tech out Friday. Here it is Friday and no tech!!! So I call and they tell me they will send another one out next Wednesday! Ridiculous for $90 a months for 6 mb
Have been using Cable One for a few years now. Have tv,internet and phone. Seem to be averaging
About one outage a month and almost every time i am required
To manually reset the modem to get service back. THIS IS GETTING OLD !! Am about cancel this company.

Horrible. Cable One fought out the company that provided Pottsboro with service. The previous company was terrible and we were excited that a new company would be providing cable for our area. Maybe even worse than before. Apparently they lost a payment I made and say I'm behind s month. Even if I were behind they probably would owe me some service because of all the outages. Channels skip to another channel in the middle of a program. Going back to Direct TV. The lesser of two evils. Cable One is awful! Would not recommend it to anyone.

WORST EVER!! Wish I didn't have to give them even one star. bad connection and high cost with hidden fees. Check your bill. they add stuff and then remove them once you ask them about it. their response is we add it to save you extra money so in the long run you wont pay more. lol. it adds up to more when you actually do the bath. CABLE ONE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, PLEASE ASK IF I WANT TO ADD SOMETHING THAT COST ME EVERY MONTH.

The worst service ever. Pixcelation is awful and it's constantly. Terrible customer service. ALOT of service out in your area stuff....but we are still going to charge you and over charge you for not being able to watch TV....worst service ever!

Terrible company been waiting on my refund check for for months now just called now they show no record that they owe me money do not use them not worth the money either barely any channels

I would just like to say that in the 2 months that I have had CableOne, the internet has been AWEFUL!! It continually drops connections (wireless or wired) and my VIOP is spotty at best, I can hardly have a conversation. I called service personnel (after I could FINALLY find a number to call, try posting it clearly on your website!!) all they wanted to do it point at the router/modem, point at the console or PC, point at this point at that, when the fact of the matter is your Service is NOT ADAQUATE! It should be illegal for you to advertise “UP TO 50Mbs" when you squeeze everyone down to NOTHING. I definitely have an issue, but all the rep would say is "we can send out a tech. but if they find nothing, we'll need to charge you." PLEASE, this should be part of the service; all I need is some disinterested tech. having to get out of his bunny slippers to come to my house after hours and NOT try to get to resolution. Then I get charged, with no faster internet, NO THANKS!! They did run a speed test-- 8.4Mb down--.21 Mb up----AWESOME!!!! I will be copying this to everyone I can as well as posting it on review sites. Thanks again for the great service!!
