Today my daughter and I had gone to the Buffalo wild wings in Sherman Texas for lunch. When the waitress came over to our table and announced her name (heather) me and my daughter just looked at each other and laughed. (not like , hahah funny) but like OMG funny. Ya see my daughter just went through a very bitter divorce due to her husband had been cheating on her for 2 years with a girl named Heather. It seemed like every where we went that name was haunting us. As I told the waitress why we were laughing, she sat down next to my daughter and said, "Girl I hear ya". She too had been cheated on by her husband her whole marriage. She took our order and when she returned to our table, she had changed her name tag and said, "Lady's today I am Erin". She had changed her name tag to Erin. We just busted out laughing. Its not just that what she did was funny, but it was very touching. She has made a customer for life. That was not just going above and beyond customer service.....that was a kind gesture.
