        Dishonest!

        Center BMW has horrible customer service; the sales department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. This is the only BMW dealer in which I have had a bad experience, their dishonesty and disregard for the customer is a real disappointment. The sales manger Raul Hagen is rude, condescending and dishonest. We recently leased a new BMW from here and we are very dissatisfied with the service provided by Mr. Hagen. The sales person and lease-end manager have ignored all calls and showed no interest or respect in dealing with our concerns. Our family has been a repeat loyal BMW buyer; however we strongly discourage anyone from giving Center BMW any business.
