Don't know about Daniel's experience at JRL, but I could not say more about John and his service.



Broke down on I-81 with a blown radiator.



John came out with a wrecker and one of his tractors, towed me in, his son ran me down to Kenworth after hours because I had to make a drop the next day and I would have lost a lot of money.



Next morning the truck was done by noon and I made my drop in time.



I don't know where you can get towed, ran for parts, and fixed for a radiator job in less than 24 hour turn around time.



I highly recommend JRL to any trucker looking to get treated fairly at a family business.

Ihave to agree with the others here. I was on interstate 81 when my truck broke down. This company was on a website nttsbreakdown.com. They started towing the truck. The right tire started smoking so they towed it about 3 miles more. After we got to the so called shop Seems they have problems with a lot of people. They called a number of times saying they needed $6000.00 deposit to work on truck. I asked a number of times for the total cost. I also asked for the estimated total cost. A week later I get a bill for$10,600.00 to buy parts and work on truck. So they took the truck apart, without written permission. I just needed a estimate before they started. They were charging twice the amount for the parts. When I started asking questions about the cost and the damage that his tow driver did he said the truck is apart and that is how it will stay to come and get it. So I will say if this company shows up to help you. Don't let them even look in you vicinity or you will get screwed quick
