It is funny how suddenly all these five star reviews are appearing on Google about this company right around when they receive another 1 star review, sounds like they scrambled to get some fake reviews. First of all Lacie Horton and also Jessica M. are names I have seen several times on their Facebook page this past year. These people are either friends or family. Well, they do say they are just like family, which is also what we were told at one point. Also, a 2016 customer still had the luxury of original owners overseeing their project. That’s actually what Rocky Mankin was telling us when we went to see his pool before we signed the contract. He actually said they had some issues until the older guy showed up, which at the time was Milford Prater, previous owner of company. On top of that, Jesse threw in a free winter cover to smooth things over with them. Our overseer was supposed to be Michael Simons “The Floater” at Dynamic, who never showed up once after construction started, however he sure as heck was here to give us the sales pitch, while Jesse was sitting there quietly. Milford only showed up ones problems arose, however at that point it was a little too late, because the damage was done. We were still told Dynamic would make it right. I invite anybody who is not a believer to come and view the shoddy work. We are easy to find in Murfeesboro. Last name is Herron. We even had a contractors licensing board inspector named Chris Stubblefield inspect their work and he was shocked and came to the same conclusion, it was done incorrectly. Expert from MTSU Concrete and Construction Management Department inspected the work and also came to the same conclusion that it was done incorrectly. They all said the only way to fix it, is tear out and replace the concrete, which at the time was over $30000 and I am sure it will go up since we had to live like this since June of 2017. Jesse has all that information but no solution was offered at any time.
Dynamic Pool Designs did an excellent job installing our in ground fiberglass pool. They were very professional and we are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Jesse, Dustin, and their entire staff have been very easy to work with and have provided outstanding customer service from the beginning. I would highly recommend them.
This company was purchased in 2015 and changed the name to Dynamic Pool Designs, LLC. We were misled all the way. One of the original owners told us he would oversee the job as a consultant working for the new company. He never showed up after digging started. We also based our decision on A plus BBB rating with 21 years experience. The company quit the BBB after we complained to avoid arbitration. The owners has been building swimming pools for 2 years so they are not experienced in this business. Their subcontractor poored 1800SF of concrete decking around our pool and neither the sub or company took any precautions to prevent damage to the deck. Eight days after pouring the concrete it had a 20 foot major crack developed in the middle of the deck and has continued to lengthen. After 3 months the first crack is now approximately 60 feet long and there are numerous other ones developing and the travertine coping is cracking. The concrete is also off grade allowing water to run into the pool. To make matters worst it was not properly broomed and is slick making it dangerous. We had other experienced pool builders and concrete contractors inspect the job and they all said not only did they not install the decking correctly but they failed to install a pool beam expansion joint causing the coping to crack. Beware!
