Awful Customer Service... And Extremely Long Lines Were Not Organized. The Comcast Rep Couldn't Help With My Extensive Problem. So I Had To Go Back To The End Of The Line And Wait Some More. The Way The Waiting Lines Were Set Up It Looks Like There Are Two Lines. So I Asked a Security Officer That Supposedly Worked At Comcast (Yeah Security Officer Its The Neighborhood That This Comcast Is Located In But Anywho) I Asked Which Line Do I Stand In Keep In Mind I Said "Which Line"? He Politely Pointed Me Into The Direction F.Y.I Its A Small Customer Service Area. So I went To One End Of The Line And Thought I Was At The Beginning Of "A" Line. So When The Rep Called Out "Next In Line" I Walked Up. Cause The People Who Were In Line Next Just Stood There Looking Ridiculously Stupid Yelling At Their Misbehaving Kids Like Two Ebonic Speaking Idiots.. As I Walked Up. The Rep Who's Stocky Built Dark Skinned Complected With Long Dreads Was Like "What Are U Doing" & "I'm Like Somebody That Works Here Told Me Stand Right Here And Wait To You Call Next In Line And Walk Up With The DVR Box I Have" And As I'm Trying To Talk To Him The Girls That Were Standing There Looking Dumb Were Walking Up Being Loud Saying " Nu Uh Honey Get In The Back Of The Line And Laughing Loudly As They Possibly Could" It Pissed Me Off Cause They Clearly Heard The Officer Tell Me It Was Ok To Stand There.. So The Rep Let Them Cause A Simi Argumentative Scene In Front Of Everybody. Those Rude Customers Didn't Have To Get Smart With Me. And A Bill Isn't All That Serious To Be Trying To Start Foolishness Especially Where Ur The Ones "Pulling The Wool Over Comcast Eyes" LOL.It Really Would Make Sense If Comcast Had To Lines One For Bills And Another One For Return Or Exchanges And If U Have Both Problems Then Either Line Would Be Fine.. Its Easy To Scam Comcast What Those Girls Where Doing Was One Girl Which Was The Head Of House Hold Had Someone To Get A Cable Bill In Their Name For Her HouseHold Own Use.Being She Can't Get Cable Cause She Owes Comcast. So Who Ever She Had Do This Scam For Her Didn't Pay On The Bill. So The Cable Got Turned Off. So Here's Where The Other Girl Comes In She A Older Looking Girl. She Was Like" We're Trying To Get Cable But We Can't Cause Comcast Keeps Sending Us Somebody Else Old Bill They Claim We Need To Pay 1st.She Said "Who Ever This Person Is Doesn't Live At our Address Anymore" Comcast Has No Actual Way Of Knowing If They We're Telling The Truth. Which I Believe They Clearly Weren't .So All They We're Required To Do Was Show Proof Of Themselves And Proof Of Their Residential Living Status.Once That And Proof That U Don't Know That Non Paying Comcast User Is Confirmed. I Believe Comcast Will Then Reinstate Your Comcast Accnt. So I Believe That's What They So Called Where Trying To Do. Which I Believed Did Infact Work. I Have No Idea If It Worked Or Not Cause The Line Was Very Long I Was Already Mad And Hearing Those Two SkallyWags Talk To The Rep All Loud Made Me Get Out Of Line And Leave With My Problem Unsolved For 4 Days And Counting... YAY AND WAY TO GO COMCAST MAYBE I'LL SEE IF I STILL CAN GET HELP WITH MY ISSUE THAT TO BE TRUTHFUL U GUYS CAUSE IN THE 1ST PLACE. COMCAST HAS BEEN CHARGING ME ALMOST OVER 200 CLOSE TO 300 $ FOR ON DEMAND WHICH I CANT EVEN CONNECT TO DUE TO ONE OF THERE REPS INSTALLING THE WRONG BOX. I DIDN'T Want TO DO A HOME VISIT CAUSE EVEN THOUGH MY PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY A REP'S ERROR COMCAST STILL REFUSED TO HEAR IT AND THEY STILL WANTD TO CHARGE ME 50$ FOR THIS PETTY LITTLE HOME VISIT.. IT COST'S 50$ EVERY TIME YOU WANT A HOME VISIT. I FEEL THE HOME VISIT SHOULD BE FREE AND I SHOULD BE CREDITED ON MY NEXT COMING UP BILLS FOR THE $ I'V BEEN HAVING TO PAY.
Comcast has the WORST customer service of any company I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. From the account reps, billing, customer service, technical support to the technicians who are suppose to come to your home. My service went out on a Friday. I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone attempting to get it fixed, which was a complete waste of time. I spent another hour the following Monday. The sent a "technician" out on Tuesday, who arrived at the very last minute, spit his mouth full of nasty "dip" on my sidewalk right in front of me, made personal phone calls from his cell, and left without repairing the problem. When I demanded to speak with a supervisor, they were ALL suddenly in a meeting. POOR MANAGEMENT.I, MYSELF, fixed the problem on Wednesday. I have never been so disgusted with an attempted business transaction in my life. I am currently looking for another service provider. COMCAST SUCKS! Once you have the first issue come up, you will regret having anything to do with them. RUN!I'm ONLY giving one star because this is MAKING me do so, otherwise there would be 0.
Wow 2 days sitting at home waiting on Comcast and they do not show. One hour on the phone no answers as to why but I got a ticket number for a supervisor to call me with in 2 hours, guess what 2.5 hours and no call. 8 hours waiting on them and they say on the web I get a $20 credit that makes my time worth $2.50 an hour is that even legal.....
