Kentucky Family Chiropractic PSC

I have been in two major wrecks and have been in pain since 2014. I was diagnosed and treated for TOS. Right after, I got rear ended. I gave up after that and have lived with pain since. My husband finally convinced me to see Dr. Cole. I wish that I had gone sooner. She and her staff are amazing!! My headaches are going away after having one constantly. She also worked on my TMJ and let me tell you. I have never felt better. The negative comment below is just one person's opinion. Ask the office for my number!! Melissa Cox

Dr Cole and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are professional, kind, caring and highly efficient. They work like a well pulled machine, helping each other to ensure a patient never has to needlessly wait. I highly recommend!! They are life savers!

Dr. Cole was very honest and up front. She didn't try to convince me into long extended care plans that I didn't need. I am sure the negative review comes from someone who doesn't understand their insurance. I highly recommend their office.

Dr. Cole and her staff are the best I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Dr. Cole sets down and explains everything, answers questions and if she cannot help you. She will send you to someone who can help you. i have never had any issues with billing.

The staff and Dr. of Kentucky Family Chiropractic are some of the nicest people I have ever ran across. You are made to feel as if you are a person not just one more patient for the day. I would recommend any family member or friend to go see them. Dr. Cole takes her time with you and shows you how much she cares. I have never had ANY issuses with anything in their office.

I am a patient at Kentucky Family Chiropractic and know everyone in that office. I have never had any issues with anyone or billing. Maybe there was an issue with the way that you handled things in their office and just maybe you should have communicated a little better with them. Dr. Cole and her staff are the absolute best Chiropractic Office in Shelbyville!!

This business is crooked I wouldn't put your trust in to what they do behind the scenes with how they bill and file insurance billing. This business is unprofessional and something illegal is going on.
