Contacted hotel prior to making reservation to find out pet fee and was told by Martina that it was $30 for the entire stay. After making reservations contacted the hotel to let them know we made the reservations so that they could reserve pet friendly room and was told by Beth that Martina was incorrect and pet fees is $30 per stay and she would not honor Martina's commitment. Beth was very rude and unprofessional and actually hung up during the conversation.

Update: My wife received a phone call from the new owner (who has only owned the hotel for 3 days) and he was very courteous and apologetic for the customer service experience we had. I believe he will correct any personnel issues with this hotel.
