I would never recommend this company to anyone. Samsung directed me to them 6 years ago to fix a tv. After weeks of working with them I was told it would be 2 weeks to get it delivered. So I had to drive there and pick up my tv. When I got there the only person in the place could not find the original cord that went with my tv and just grabbed a random one off of a work bench. Fast forward 6 years later and my BRAND NEW Samsung dryer was making a noise within a month of having it. While the repair tech was friendly, all he did was take apart the dryer and put it back together and then said the sound was gone. The next day the problem was there. I called High Tech back and was told by the woman on the phone that she would check with my service tech to see what part he needed to order. When she verified my address I remembered it was the same company as the TV repair and even asked her about it!!! The next day I called Lowes, where I bought the dryer and said I did not want to deal with High Tech. They got me in touch with another repair company who came out quickly and identified the problem immediately after taking my dryer apart. The funny thing is- High Tech just called me, almost 2 weeks after I called them to see if they could come out tomorrow to look at the dryer. As soon as I told the lady I did not hear from them and called another company she immediately said thank you and hung up on me before I could even say anything. Be warned, this company is TERRIBLE!!! I complained to Samsung the first time and I will again.

I would recommend anyone to use High Tech from the very courteous persons in the office to their very professional techs. Always answered the phone and were willing to take the time to understand my needs. Always tried to their best to give me the appointment times I needed. We have had High-Tech out to service two of our brand new LG appliances; gas range and fridge ice-maker. Damon was awesome at diagnosing the problem with both appliances and fixing them both rather quickly. I agree with Kourtney (below) that the gal that answers the phone is rude, always in a hurry to get off the phone, and didn't always return my calls. I pestered her, and got the results I wanted. Damon was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient.
This company was sent out by LG to service our new dryer. Two visits later, the technician told us that he has done all that he could do, and the problem continues to persist. When calling High Tech to report that the problem is still there, the woman that answered my call rudely told me there was nothing they can do and that I need to contact LG. When asked to talk to the owner because of this womans horrible customer services, I was transferred to a technician who also gave me the run around about reporting the problem to LG. Bottom line, the WORST customer service from the woman that answers the phone and the me as the customer is left getting numbers for High Tech to contact LG.
I had GREAT experience taking my broken TV to High Tech Video. I just brought my JVC TV home from college, and accidentally snapped the cable adapter off while setting it back up. I brought the TV in and it was fixed within hours. They were extremely generous to me. They are really nice people in there and I can tell they are open to helping anyone. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants honest and dependable help with their repairs.
I recently had service call for my LG 32 LCD TV. I called High Tech Video and they set me up with an appointment for a technician to come to my house to assess my TV. The technician - Tony was the BEST!!! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and told us that he would order the part and when the part was in he would be back to install it. The part came in 2 weeks later and High Tech Video called to set me up with an appointment for tech to come back and install the part. Tony came back installed the part, tested the TV and everything worked perfectly. Being this was my first flat screen TV I had some general questions regarding flat screens, blue ray players and HDTV. Tony answered my questions without hesitation and treated me like I was his only service call for day. I surely appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and service my TV with a smile. If I ever need service on any my TV's again I would not hesitate to call High Tech Video. I would recommend to anyone.
