Just like everyone said, this place is so understaffed and they kick your loved one out way before they are ready to leave. Don’t let the new building fool you. We were warned before placing our loved one here. But, unfortunately we didn’t have a choice because all of the nursing homes, close by, had no beds available. The kitchen can’t get their act together either. If your loved one is bed ridden, expect the food to be one to two hours late. They have some serious management/owner issues there. The only good thing about this place is the PT/OT staff. The social worker DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING and is clueless on how to evaluate a patient. I have never in my life written a good or bad review. I was so disappointed with my love ones care. Seriously think about placing your loved one here if they are bed ridden.

Horrendous. Never take your loved one there. My grandma almost died in their care and probably would have if we wouldn’t have called 911 to get her out. She was just there to rehab a hip replacement and almost died. They are horribly understaffed. One of the LPN’s Kelli who is somehow a “head nurse” needs to be fired. She is the worst and most unprofessional health care worker I have ever come across. Beware!
Horrible horrible, please do not take a loved one to this facility for any type skilled care. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Enter with motivation and dignity, leave dehydrated, incoherent and with Stage 4 pressure ulcer....
Do not take a loved one here! The staff from the Social worker to the kitchen staff are not capable of caring for anyone. The Nurses and the Aides are rude and lazy if you can even find one when you need one. At the dining room residents are left for hours after they've eaten sitting at their uncleared tables banging their silverware trying to get someone to take them back to their rooms only to hear this facility's favorite saying "in just a minute". The PT and OT end was non communiticave. The only way to get information was to work at it and to figure out what questions to ask. My loved one never even saw the Staff Doctor. The Social worker was so UNHELPFUL and even Spiteful. All of these concerns were addressed by our family to the facility. No wonder they like you to keep complaints in house.
The PT/OT is excellent, but the staff members of the Long Term "Care" Unit are substandard. A few will go out of their way to be helpful and caring, but a few are abrupt, snippy, lackluster and do not display a great deal of compassion/concern for patients. Nor do they demonstrate common sense in instances where skill isn't even involved. I often hesitate to ask for services because they act as though I'm asking for something outrageous. And I'm often suspicious of the information they provide. I've been working with Administration to fix the many issues we have encountered in the past 30 days, but I doubt that the attitudes will ever change.
