I bought a fancy 3D tv 4 years ago & got the extended warranty that I had to use when the picture & screen color went really dark. Tech-Tronics in Shelby N.C. was called to help & boy am I glad they did. The gentleman who runs the company was Scott who called me to make sure it was a problem that couldn't be fixed on the phone. We determined that it may be the LCD display & had to go to the shop to get fixed. Scott called about an hour before his scheduled arrival to let me know he was on the way to pick up the TV.When he arrived, he was so professional. He plugged in the set to see the color problem himself, zoomed through the menu like a master & changed a few settings that corrected the problem in just a few minutes. He had the patience of a saint explaining exactly what he did, & I am grateful for his willingness to walk me through each step so that I saw the corrections he made.I am so thankful that Scott was contracted to handle this call because his only concern was that I was satisfied. He also provided information to make me (the customer) feel comfortable operating the device and how to access help when needed. I am thrilled that my TV is working properly and that he was able to correct the problem in a few minutes here at my home instead of me having to be without my TV for weeks while it was being repaired in the shop. I feel badly that he drove all the way here just to change a few settings but wow am I impressed by his company & the service he provided me today. I feel that he went way beyond the normal in regards to fixing my TV so quickly and thoroughly without creating additional work to pad the bill. I wish I could give his company 10 stars because his superior service is rarely found today. Excellent job Scott & bravo for being so kind, helpful and considerate. If anyone has TV or computer problems, I highly encourage you to call Scott at Tech-Tronics in Shelby because he wont rest until your device is fixed to your satisfaction.
