I recently went into Marburger dealership to take in my Dodge Durango due to a factory recall on issues with the steering wheel. I had no intentions of getting a new car. The sales lady Sha Barnes, came over to inquire if I would like to trade up. To make a long story short I ended up with a Jeep Compass practically brand new. I don't know how it happened or what manner of sorcery they are working with in that dealership. This coming from an Luciferian Sorceress. By far the most pleasant experience I have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle, the transaction was so smooth that I got home and rushed back to the dealership two hours later, to rescind the paperwork. Per the law in NC there is no cooling off period and when you sign on the dotted line it is yours. I was in a daze I could not believe I was approved for a vehicle must less the type of vehicle I got with the payments. I didn't even do a ritual, I did however say a few weeks back it sure would be nice to get a new vehicle, so the Goddess was listening. Excellent customer service, none traumatic buying experience. They listened to what I could afford as a payment, did not pressure me to taking something I could not afford and in the end, I was beyond pleased albeit still in a daze
i bought a car from this car lot, it broke down within a week & a half after i got it. I called the old man who sold it to me, he was the rudest guy i've ever had to deal with. I asked him if he could maybe recommend somewhere i could take it to have it looked at & fixed & he told me it wasn't his problem & i'd better have my payment in on time or he'd repo the car. I did find a mechanic to look at it & he said the motor had been packed, plus a few other problems were wrong with it, it was gonna cost more to fix it than what i owed on it so i didn't pay anymore on it & let him come repo it. I saw it back on the lot within a couple of weeks back for sale again. It's not there anymore so i assume some other poor soul has got it & probably having the same problem with it. He probably packed the motor again just to resale it. This place is a crock & needs to be investigated & closed down. They are so crooked.
THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE IF AMY ROGERS WOULD RUN ALL THE STORES HER SELF , SHE IS A GREAT PERSON AND VERY NICE , BUT HER SO CALLED SALES MANGER HERBBIE IS BY FAR THE WORST SALES MANGER/PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! HE LIES AND CHEATS EVERY ONE INCLUDING HIS EMPLOYEES, SHE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS DUE TO HIM TRYING TO RUN THE HONDA STORE ALL THE OTHER MANGERS THERE ARE GREAT PEOPLE, ITS JUST HERBBIE HE IS A PEACE OF S**T!!
I purchased a new Nissan from them and, upon delivery I noted a deep scratch in the paint. I could see the primer so, I inquired as to what had happened and, apparently the detail person had taken the Car Max sticker off of the trunk with a sharp object causing damages. they said that they would paint it but after three times taking it in didn't. I had to go to small claims court where their lawyer knows the judge and, though the damages were noted to be real, he dismissed the case. I had to contact the Nissan headquarters in california where the President ordered another dealership to repaint the trunk.
