        If I could give it a zero I would! I tried to be compassionate because I thought the lady behind the counter was new, found out she was not. All 4 of our orders were some degree of wrong and my daughter found a piece of a food service glove in her hamburger! When we told them, they said " I am so sorry and embarrassed" but that's all. Never offered to make another, take it off our bill nothing! I will NEVER go back and warn anyone who goes to check your orders!

        Great place in downtown Shelby, NC to have lunch. Food is good and so is hospitality.
