Napa Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Sheboygan

I just want to thank your store and especially the young man who helped me out on Friday afternoon. I was not feeling well at all! and upon driving home, the coolant lights went on and were dinging like crazy. Even though I knew that NAPA was a parts store and not repair shop, I stopped anyway and was greeted by a friendly smile. He came right out, checked under the problem, and even went above and beyond to fill the required fluid, give me spare water, since there was a leak in the radiator and saw me off with another smile. Even more incredible, in my distress of being ill I must have dropped my credit card and didn't realize it until two days later! Lo and behold, when I called to see if it could possibly still be there, I was ecstatic that it was safe and sound! Giant kudos to NAPA auto store and the wonderful employee of theirs!! Thank you so very much!!!
