They did a real good job helping us a few years ago changing out the control panel from Touch to toogle switches. Gary went above and beyond by talking with Keystone to resolve our issue.

I know that I can count on Gary or Bill for any work that needs to be completed correctly on time. I am very happy with Horn experience.

I guess this is my last resort, I feel like I have been patient enough, we purchased our trailer in September. Between the run around and unanswered emails, I wish I would have just bought a trailer some where else. The reviews look great, but when you sign that dotted line the customer support/service goes out the window. All over a spare tire and missing parts at delivery, I can't waste anymore time trying to reach some one to get a clear answer. All I get is I will call you, the parts are on the way, I will check on that. I have 2 more issues with the trailer that are warranty, but at this point what the hell do you do. Great price on the trailer but I see now why, can't pay good people to follow up and create a positive buying experience. It feels unfair almost, I mean in this day in age I can't believe a business would pinch every penny so hard their willing to push somebody to write a horrible review about them. If you decide to purchase a trailer best of luck to you and ask for the spare tire, God forbid a trailer with 4 tires has a spare.
