Overall

I had a fantastic experience using this cab service. The dispatcher was kind of abrasive but my driver was at my house so fast that I wasn't even ready! My driver's name was Pam and she not only was super patient waiting for me, but she also was extremely pleasant! This service is called "The Best" and it definitely proved to be the best for me! I hope all the drivers are great, but I seriously know that Pam is a blessing to that company! She was wonderful!!!

Overall

These people are rude!!! I called and asked how much per mile and all the lady said was depends on where you are and where you are going in a very rude tone. So I told her I was at the Salvation Army homeless shelter and she hung up on me!!! Not sure if she just didn't care, or maybe though because I'm currently at a homeless shelter that I have no money to pay for a taxi... The hole reason I need one is to get my children food!! And only in a homeless shelter because I moved for CA 3 days ago and I'm waiting for my apartment to be done!!! I will never call these people again for a taxi.

Overall

The man who gave me a ride gave me a long religious lecture about how I should be married to the person I'm currently dating. And I do mean a completely unprompted one. I told him it was none of his business and he continued. "Unprofessional" doesn't cover exactly how infuriatingly ridiculous that encounter was.



On the initial call, before the ride, the worker hung up on me as I was in the middle of saying "thank you." On the call after I got back home, after the ride (using a different cab company) I wanted to speak to a manager - and when I asked for a manager, the man said, angrily "You need a taxi?" I repeated that I wanted a manager, and he sighed loudly into the phone before hanging up.

I called back immediately, and a woman who said that she was a manager picked up and I was finally able to complain about their horrible service. She was nice, and agreed that the taxi driver was unprofessional, and while I am thankful for that I can't say that that makes up for every other instance of interacting with this company being so horrible.



Won't be using them again, and unless you want to be treated like junk you shouldn't either.
