I've only been eating the burgers there for 20+ yrs. Lol! Hands down the best burger place ever opened.
Ordered 2 of the whopper deals for $10 and a 10 pice nugget... 2 whoppers w/ cheese. All 4 no pickles was the order. We ended up with No cheese on the 2 that should have had it. All 4 had pickles. Didn't get the 10 piece nuggets we paid for. Tried to call and tell them we had a problem since 11:20 this afternoon. No answer. It ended up being a not very great Father's Day picnic. Especially when my son didn't have his nuggets! Guess I should have driven the 30 minutes back to the store. An hour round trip when everyone was hungry
We got there as it opened and they hardly had any food ready. It wasnt until 10:45am before they had all the dishes prepared. The last time we went there it was around 11:30am and the dishes were pretty empty and what little food that was there was burned. One of the workers gave an excuse that they had gotten really busy. Okay, but then why is everyone standing around and not cooking anything? We left. The food is really good when it's actually available. C'mon Panda Express employees! Get your stuff together!
Needed more workers or maybe just experienced workers. Locked up register running gift card. Took 4 employees to decide after 15 minutes to shut it down and use other register. Meanwhile a line of hungry people waiting to place an order. They did not bother to tell anyone why the delay or that they would be with them shortly. Just totally ignored them.
They are slow, didn't get the order right, new trainee didn't pay attention to what I was saying, husband's food was hard and couldn't eat the hashbrown, my fries were cold. Not eating here again
I live in Tecumseh, where there is a Sonic a few blocks away, but I drive to the one on Hardesty Rd due to its better food, service, and accuracy. Ive ordered crispy bacon, and get crispy bacon on the toaster. This is definitely one of the best!!
The crews and I go for coffee at night and since I don't drink coffee I prefer hot chocolate but they NEVER have it always the same excuse the machine is down. It takes the guys about 20 min. just to get their coffee.
This location is horrific when it comes to customer service. It took my wife and I just over 30 minutes to get our food which was a dine in order. While we were waiting in line I could hear the couple in front of us complaining about someone not even acknowledging that they were there. It took them almost 30 minutes as well to get there food. When I called and complained all I got from the manager on duty was one excuse after another as to why it took so long and how he was the only one working. Any manager would have called in more help to make for a smooth shift. it isn't even worth me giving it one star.but of course you have to in order to rate this terrible location. Good day and I will never go back to this location.
The employees were rude. They rushed me and my family through our ordering, even when no one was there. They tried to give us and undercooked flatizza and then proceeded to get angry when we had they put it back in the oven for a little longer. They constantly rolled their eyes at my grandparents. And the place was filthy. I would never recommend this location to even people I hated. Don't waste your time or money.
My family went to eat a small meal here and I got Ziti, my husband got spagetti and chicken, and my daughter got spagetti and meatballs, I kept asking if it included bread never got a answer, just gave me bread then charged me extra for bread, didn't really want the bread, I took one bite and it was extremely cold like just out of the icebox, i spit it out, my husband took a bite of the spagetti and it was also cold, my daughters was steaming and she said it was good, I believe that if our had come out of the kitchen like our daughters it would have been warm too. But our was in a bowl already fixed on the counter I thought that it would have been prepared fresh. The employees were confused when we checked out and I still could not get them to see that on the menu it says bread included. I did get somewhat a refund and a attitude from the manager that said he was the owner, they need to take time and understand customer service and that food needs to be served at a proper tempature. Prices need to be adjusted to the menu.
