The Clothes Horse

The ladies lost one of the dresses I was trying to sell. She didn't take responsibility to fix the mistake. She claims she gave it to someone else! She spoke in a harsh voice and claimed that she wouldn't compensate me for the dress. She said she wasn't liable for what happened to the dress in her care. It was in her CARE. But she can't do anything about it. Mistakes happen. That's why usually businessman or woman fix the problem by compensating. A discount of some sort or a half way point with the customer. I am surprised that she is able to run a business with such neglect for the clothes brought in.

This place is awful and unprofessional. My friend gave clothes to sell here and one of the dresses had been stained while in their possession and the owner gave back the dress to the wrong girl. When my friend went to confront this issue, the owner was rude and never apologized or even admitted that she gave the dress to the wrong person. So she gave all the other clothes back to my friend that were in her store to be sold and said she didn't want to 'possibly' make a mistake again instead of trying to find the missing dress. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone in Shawnee.
