Complained three times that I was not getting the service I was paying for. They came out said it was broken someone else would have to come out because they could not fix it. NO ONE contacted me except to say how was my service call. When I told her nothing got fixed she said she would "look into it." Again no contact. I started emailing them at the end of Dec. I decided not to pay for it until they fixed it. Hmmm still broken, but they are sending me a bill for 100 to turn back on the broken internet connection. I think I will pass. Bottom line poor service all around.
I highly recommend Chris Brown's services. He was here when he said he would be. He was very friendly, he did the inspection and went right to work. He was very thorough with his work. I woke up the next day to See that I now have dead bugs to sweep up, which I would take any day over them driving me crazy.
No unlimited plans. Shady in how they changed their monitoring of data usage. Service is spotting with connection dropping off. If you have a choice don't use them.
Massage was an ok typical "mall style" massage. However they made you pay up front. Which was fine I originally wanted 30 min the after that I decided to add 30 min for a Total of an hour. 30 min was 40 dollars +3 processing fee. When I finished I planned on paying the rest of my 20 to make the 60 for an hour. They expected me to tip 10.00 per 30 min. Absolutely not! The massage wasn't worth more than a $5 tip. I explained that tip was a gift not an expectation and that really made them angry continue to go on about how you tip if your at a resturant, I then proceeded to inform them that I've never been asked to tip at a resturant or any where else for that matter . And they started yelling and getting hateful.i was willing to tip 5 dollars but no more and they wouldn't have it so I said its 5 or nothing and they said it wasn't enough I said ok fine no tip at all. I took a pic of my receipt because they seemed like they would be one to run it for what ever they wanted. Told them I would never be back and would write a horrible review.
This attorney does not meet with you anytime accept for right before court , he doesn't follow through with other resources to help your case . Such as Oklahoma disability law center. He tries to get you to sign your rights away without even knowing the truth because he doesn't care. I can't even place a star her because there isn't one low enough .... k well i had to put a star because it wouldn't let me not put one
I do not recommend this company at all. I have had them come out and fix my cenral heat. the first day he said thermostat and said wiring could be out. next day came out and ran a wire on the outside wall in the hallway and connected that to my thermostat. he said he didnt have the tools to fix it and would be back sometime next week. now he said there is nothing he can do. he didnt fix anything just created more problems for the next person to fix. dont use this company !!!!!!im very unsatisfied with their work

This company does fair work. We've had them to our house in Shawnee for repairs three (3) times. (They don't do much clean-up.) We've always found them a little expensive but thought we were being charged the correct hourly charge for repairs. We just hired them to install a water heater in our rental home near Asher, OK. When we received the bill ($310.00) we were surprised. We were charged 1 1/2 hours ($120.00) for picking up heater at Lowes in Shawnee and drive time to and from Asher (20 miles). Upon questioning the plumbing company we were told that the "time clock" starts when he leaves his shop and ends when he returns to his shop!!---he says he has to justify his hours. We were also charged for 2 hours labor ($160.00) for installation of the hot water heater; the renters told us he was at there home less than an hour!! We have had previous repairmen drive to Asher from Shawnee for several jobs; we were always told they would have to charge mileage (.25) a mile, which we were in agreement with. Next time we won't "assume" the mileage charge, but be sure to ask!! We would never have hired him if we knew he charged these outrageous hours/prices!!! Do not recommend this plumber due to his outrageous "hourly" charges.
