Park Lanes Family Fun Center

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. Unfortunately it's not an option. My first and ONLY trip to this place was lacking in EVERY way. BAD management, which I'm guessing is where their employees get it. Started with being scammed into paying for something we THOUGHT we were getting and then to be told we're getting me something that is of lesser value than we paid for and when this issue was brought to their attention, we were confronted with yelling from the employee AND THE MANAGER! Rather than give us what we had paid for, we were told that we would have to pay more to get what we had INITIALLY asked for. It is in such poor taste for this establishment to treat its patrons in such a manner. Will NEVER be coming back here and will be telling EVERYONE to NOT COME HERE EVER!!! Save your sanity and go to another bowling alley.

We had a birthday party for my daughter there on Saturay. It was the worst experience and I wouldn't recommend any one having a party there. The assistant wasn't attentive, the tokens / gift certificates weren't together, I could go on and on. If you even consider having a party there I would stop in and view someone elses party. I now wish I would have just went somewhere else and been able to enjoy it myself.

It's a bowling alley but it's clean and relatively inexpensive-they also support the local schools.
