Design & Capture Studio

Had wedding in June of 2013 and as of January 21 2014, we are still waiting for all of what we paid for to come to us. You will get excuses and be put off - made promises that are not kept - keeping in mind you pay up front so money cannot be the issue. The quality of the work is not worth the price in my estimation - you get the digital output and have to put paper to the pictures if you want them that way. I definitely give this business 2 thumbs down - they are nice people but definitely do not deliver in the end.

Design and Capture did a wonderful job capturing every moment of our wedding day! Angie and her team became a fun part of our wedding party-and never missed a beat. Design and Capture is affordable and absolutely professional, and I would recommend them to any bride. If you want a creative, and unique depiction of your wedding day unlike any other, choose Design and Capture! You will be satisfied. My husband and I were married in April 2012 and are now expecting our first child in March 2013. I have already contacted Angie about shooting our babies first pics! She is great, and you will not regret using Design and Capture Studios!

This photographer took our baby photos this last spring. She was very sweet and tried lots of different poses with the baby. The photos turned out great and we will always cherish them!

Angie did the graduation pictures for both of our sons and went the extra mile to get creative, fun and memorable shots of the boys. She also did the headshopts I use for my personal business. They are professional and clean. Many of my clients say how nice it is to see what I look like when we work together both through email and over the phone.



Recently, i am putting together a print ad and needed one of the headshots for the ad. i called Angie and had the high resolution photo in minutes. Thanks Angie for going above and beyond and taking care of things for both me professionally and personally.

We visited a bridal show and met the photographer/owner of Design and Capture studio and were AMAZED by the work that was displayed and found it to be gorgeous and most importantly different from the other photographers at the show. At our initial consultation, I felt that the photographer/owner was a bit too laid back and especially in her communication style. Being in the professional industry, I would actually consider her unprofessional. Because our kids were still impressed, we agreed to hire the photographer to shoot the wedding. In reading the contract, my husband and I both agreed that we were right regarding our first assessment and the extreme lack of professionalism. In her contract, she actually lists that the photographer must be fed and that she must be seated at the reception tables. Who worries about being fed when you are on the clock? It was several weeks before we even heard from her regarding our pictures and my daughter in law and I contacted her several times. We finally were able to pick up the disk with the pictures to only be further disappointed. The lighting was off, the flash was visible in all pictures causing the images to be distorted or ruined by the white light, and the pictures looked as if an amateur had taken them. The emotions of a wedding are only captured once and this certainly didn't happen. My daughter in law contacted her the weekend of July 7th nearly one month after the wedding to express her concerns and told her we wished to discuss further. Her response via text was "Yep" and that was it. Again, another display of unprofessionalism. We went back to her studio and face-to-face expressed our concerns and she offered to adjust the pictures. We went back to pick up the CD of adjusted pictures to find nothing had been done to them. When the first photo book was picked up on 09.07.2012 nearly three months after the wedding, it was printed with duplicate pages. I could not and would not recommend this photographer to anyone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT recommend for wedding pictures/engagement pictures. I had to come up with places to take the pictures and the poses. She kept changing the services we were supposed to be getting. She ruined our pictures making me (the bride to be) cry. She has horrible customer service skills and when I told her we would not use her she called a lawyer on me.. How ridiculous is that. Im only giving this one star which should be none but it will not let me post without...BUYER BEWARE
