Our story started off with a fire that happened to our house. we never rented before so this is our first time we came across the listing and went to check out the property. we were very impressed with the detail of cleanliness and professionalism from the property manager. my stay at this rental property was marked by an exceptional standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's clear that the owners and management take pride in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and immaculate accommodation experience.

Rented from them in a pinch and regretted it several times over. Their lease is draconian and generic, although always interpreted in their favor. While my landlord sporadically referred to a larger company, he seemed to operate on his own and report to no one. It made the whole thing feel rather sketch.

He responded to most issues within a few days (and emergency issues immediately), but with a poor-fair quality of workmanship. Took us for a bit of a ride on our security deposit.

Would not rent from again, even in a pinch!
