US Van Line managed to prove their efficiency at every level of my last move. They really impressed me by quoting low and performing efficiently. They showed a lot of skills while packing and loading and managed to deliver everything else in great condition. I saw them being extra careful with my glassware which is always relieving. US Van Line is a wonderful company with caring people. Their manager Lisa is a great lady. She knows how to talk with a customer. The requirement analysis was excellent. They crew who she sent was well mannered; took care of my family, belongings and my pet. They showed highest level of professionalism from the initial step of proposal till the decoration of my new apartment. We are very impressed. I would also like to mention that they charged a moderate amount and also gave us very useful tips. We will use them again.
I was quite precise while I was briefing US Van Line that I didn’t want any of my stuffs damaged, broken or lost. Their sales representative promised me the perfection. And they did. On the moving day, the four experienced movers along with the foreman arrived on time and very smoothly emptied my house and loaded on the truck. When I received my properties in my new place, I found everything on the list in pristine condition. Well, that was breakthrough. Good job guys.
I did some poking around the owner of this company is apparently named Brian Myer. His phone number is associated with Avichai Y Minkoff and Chana Esther Green. Called on the 16th of October to follow up, stuff was still in storage, so I said I want my stuff delivered asap. Ever since then, it's been a constant struggle. I am told it might be another 21 days. Posted earlier review. Owner threatened (1) a lawsuit if the review is left up and subsequently (2) that he would not deliver my things if the review is left up. Still It's likely if you don't see *that many* bad reviews of this company that it is due to the owner threatening them all with lawsuits and other threats.This company is run by all independent contractors (even the person who initially contacts you is working as a contractor), and the owner has minimal control or desire to ensure a quality experience.
Relocating is always stressful. You have so many last minute tasks to tick off your list. The good thing is that there are companies like US Van Line which take some of your stress away from you. I was very well aware of their reputation and so it was no surprise that I hired them to move my stuffs. These guys really mean business. They arrived on time with all the right equipment and they knew exactly what to do, how to do them. Before I knew it, the stress of packing up and leaving became a piece of cake!
I want to thank US Van Line for all their help when I moved from Dallas, TX to Los Angeles, CA. I never thought that I will overcome my fear of hiring a relocation company, especially since the last time I moved when the movers were not careful and broke my antiques. But the movers from US Van Line were extremely careful and friendly. Keeping track calls made my move trouble free as well for they have an awesome customer service. We will be sure to use their service again.
We hired Transit moving systems as they were referred by a family friend. We have 4 kids and so there were so many belongings to transport. They gave me a really good quote and I hired them immediately. They really took the stress of moving off our shoulders. The crew arrived on time and started packing everything very carefully. They were extra cautious with our glassware and big pieces of furniture. They loaded our boxes neatly in the vans and set off. We received the delivery on time and nothing went missing. Everything traveled well and nothing suffered any damage. It was such an easy move, courtesy of these amazing movers.
Work contract was not presented before items were moved into their moving trailer. The worker who presented me the contract also edited the contract to show an increase of charges. Quoted $110 for two workers and the moving truck, then changed the rate to $115 after my items were loaded. Their website states they charge $105 per hour for three workers and a truck. They did not mention I will be paying $110 per hour per person before they started loading my items. They rounded charges after 89 minutes to two hours. They only deal in cash after they previously agreed to take my credit card for payment. They held my items hostage until I paid in cash and did not tell me I was required to pay in cash until we arrived at the destination. They did not come fully prepared. For example, they had plenty of boxes, but no tape. They required me to sign a waiver releasing them of any fault of destroying or scratching my items. They scratched and mishandled my $9,000 Ethan Allen furniture. I ended up paying double of what their competition quoted me. This company and all of their workers operate in Baytown, Houston, Orange, and Lake Charles.
US Van Line is a great company which handles the job like true professional. They did a great job moving our belongings from Texas to Illinois within a very short notice. I contacted them and asked for a price. It was very reasonable. We agreed and then they took over the job. They packed the goods properly, paying attention to details and to delicate stuff. They moved them and delivered them in time. I am pretty happy that everything went so smoothly.

The four movers were extremely efficient and fast- wrapped all my furniture with shrink wrap and tapes. They also packed all my other belongings into boxes very quickly. The crew did an excellent job. They also unpacked everything and assembled my furniture at my new place after delivering them. One box was slightly damaged but I totally forgive them for that. I am very pleased with these guys and if I ever move again, I will definitely be calling them.
