THIS IS A RESPONSE TO ANTHONY JOHNSON'S REVIEW:I am the manager you are speaking of & you are not being honest with your details of the story. Let me clear this up.-You were here on December 16th for the initial groom. You were not happy with the cut stated not enough hair was taken off. You WERE told to come back for Kathy to fix it that day or within a week. She more than happy to fix a groom that a client is not satisfied with within a reasonable amount of time. -You chose to wait until today, which is 1 day shy of 5 weeks, NOT 3 weeks as you stated. A "fix" is done within a week. Hair is grown out after that long.-When you made the appt last week, you were very rude to our receptionist who was just letting you know that your dog's vaccines were past due & needed it for a groom. You became irate w/ her. She was just doing her job & following protocol. You accused us of being money hungry and hung up on her. Vax are required for all pets to come to the hospital that need to stay for any reason. Every animal hospital is like that.-When you refused to pay the groom bill today, I came to talk to you & politely explained the situation. You became very angry & irate with me. You said "SHUT UP AND GO AWAY.' I told you not to talk to me that way. You then said "I WILL TALK TO YOU ANY WAY I WANT-WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT?" YOU THEN CALLED ME A THIEF.-I have multiple witnesses including other clients on how you spoke to me. How would you like it if someone spoke to your mother, wife, daughter, etc that way? -You are NOT welcome back here after the way you verbally abused me & the other staff member. It is a shame because we really do care about your dogs, no matter what you want to accuse us of.-You were never told today would be free.IT IS UNFAIR FOR SOMEONE TO POST A BAD REVIEW EVERYWHERE BECAUSE YOU WERE UPSET ABOUT A LEGITIMATE $50 BILL. I took my dog to Cardinal Animal Hospital on Dec. 19 to be groomed. The front desk staff asked me do I want her groomed like her prior visits. I said yes. When I got by dog back the haircut was not like the priors but left way 2 long. I was not upset at all. I told this to the front desk staff and told them no big deal. I will just bring her back after the holidays to be re-groomed. They then proceeded to tell me that the groomer who has been grooming my dogs for the last 2 years no longer works there and they had a new groomer. Well if I had known that to begin with I would had shown the new groomer past grooming photos. The groomer called me about a week later and apologized and I told her no big deal again and that I will bring her back after the holidays to be re-groomed. I made a new apt. on Jan 12 and took her in on Jan 19. The new groomer was there and I showed her photos and all was good. I just went and picked up my dog and the front staff says to me that the groomer gave me a 10.00 discount off of the haircut. I told them I was not going to pay that. They are now telling me that they told me that I would have to bring the dog back within 7 days. First of all no one ever said that to me. And I mean no one. Otherwise I would have brought her back. It was the holidays and I did make a new apt. on the 12th. Anyhow, after much heated argument with the manager who tells me if I do not pay the charge for the grooming that they will send it to collections. I paid them. I gathered all my dogs files and will never step foot in that place again. Why should I have to pay for 2 haircuts within a 3 week time span?? When I say 3 weeks, the dog was groomed on the fourth week because that is all I could get. But the staff at Cardinal did not care. They just wanted money. They could care less if I have paid 120.00(including tip the first time) in just 3 weeks. I use to like Cardinal. Still fuming over this. Have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
Highly disappointed! My dog got blisters on all 4 of his paws, he seemed to be in pain so I wanted to take him in to see if there was anything more I could do for him. His appointment was at 10:30. During his 10 minute appointment, I was told nothing really could be done for him and it would have to heal over time. With that being said, I was appalled that they charged me 46.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING! I will not be bringing my dog back here. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. This was absolutely ricdiculous. My dog has been coming here since he was 8 weeks. And to think they charged me a "sick visit" and nothing was done for my dog is absurd.
Worst one ever, management is terrible and disorganized. Doesnt matter if you make a reservation they don't make space for you. The people are not qualified to take care of these dogs, over book and put lots of dogs in creates for so long. The good employees IV talked to are having a hard time doing their jobs correctly due to bad management. It's gone soo down hill
My dogs love this place and loves the workers. I always feel very confident when leaving my dogs here.
Love this facility, they are great with all pets and specialize with pitbulls. Pricing is extremely fair, service is awesome and staff is extremely professional. My Pitbull was boarded here for a little over 2 months due to my work travel and he was treated like a member of the family. I would not have left him with anyone else the staff and owners are extremely professional and provide exceptional service to the families and the pets. I was kept informed of my dogs status during his entire stay. The facility is extremely clean and each kennel is very spacious and has indoor and outdoor runs. Thank you Country Kennel for all of your excellent service to me and my pet!
I've taken my dog to several daycares, since my job requires me to travel and Ruff Housing is awesome! My dog goes here quite frequently for daycare. The employees are very energetic, professional and competent. I always feel at ease when my dog is here. They have very flexibly hours and reasonably priced daycare packages. I highly recommend !
Dr. Ron is amazing. He's the best vet that I've ever been too. He's caring and knowledgable and is all about the health and well being of your animal. He tells you whets going on and let's you know the prices prior to you deciding treatment. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
We love taking our golden doodle to see Dr. Denis and his staff. They are all so kind and knowledgeable. He injured his leg and Dr. Denis diagnosed him with a knee problem so he did surgery on his knee a couple of months ago and he is like a brand new dog! We are so grateful to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet!
This place provides my senior cocker spaniel with excellent care every time she boards The staff is very pleasant, knows me and my dog by name and I also like that I can have her groomed while she is boarding. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to board your dog.
