Scotchman Store

Amazing service... Superb!!!! So clean and the customer service was great.. So helpful and friendly I have to say this is the best Scotchman I have ever visited! I would deffinitly go back every time I visit shallotte.. Thank you scotchman crew you all were great! Happy fourth of July!!!!!

Terrible customer service I mean just Terri le. All employees are disgruntled I've never seen people be do rude to customers and keep their jobs. I go there on a daily basis because I have no choice. The woman working their once told me I should get a job or something along those lines while she stuffed her face with hot dogs. The manager is wildly inappropriate hitting on make customers making them I confertable and at night the lady just locks the door and puts a sign up that they will be closed for an hour or two while she stands out back smoking.

poor custermer service this is the only store that has a power stat michine in it in shallotte people likes to go to this store it is covience to the community but the workers refuse to give change to the custermers i seen alot of angry people come threw in cluding my self and i thought the saying was the custermer is always right but not to this store they are the only one in shallotte that refuse to give any one change they wont even give no kind of change back like if you want change for a 20 dollar bill they refuse this if frustating because you have to leave ands go some where else
