        I called and asked for someone to give me an estimate on roof repair job.
        1st off the rep showed up 2 hours late for the time he set,and didn't have a ladder.He told me he would be back the next day at a set time and would have a ladder. This time he was not late..he never showed up. I waited 2 hours pass the time he said he would be here, and I called him...his excuse was, been busy on another job. He could have at least called me and said he could not make it..
        Day later he shows up, with a ladder..gets up on the porch roof, said..it was a bad previous roof job..ok, I agree...he looked around for about 10-15 minutes, saying he would get me an written estimate the next day....that was over 2 weeks ago.
        I would not let Royality roof my dog house, even if I had a dog, which I do not
        Piss poor customer service and seemed as if my small job was just not worth thir time

        Great Job

        In the restaurant business, you just can't afford to have your roof leaking anywhere. My flat roof had been giving me problems for years until I had Royalty Roofing install a new roof for me. The estimators and work crew were very professional and the roof has been great ever since.
