        Recently worked with Marc Woods from Coldwell Banker in Seymour, and have to say - this was a good experience. We were referred to him by a friend and so glad we went with the recommendation. We listed our home with Marc, and within 2 weeks of his marketing campaign starting, we had two offers to consider... needless to say we were floored! The home sold without a problem. We also used Marc to help us find a new home... he listened to us and found us several options. We recently closed on our new home... Can't say enough about Marc & Coldwell Banker.
