My office placed a decent-sized order for lunch yesterday. My co-worker picked it up as he had to pick something else up. When he returned, everyone received their lunch but me. We reviewed receipts and they received my order and took my money. When I called to notify them, they said I would have to return with all of the food so they could confirm it. I could not ask my co-workers to pack up their lunch and let me take it back to prove my point. So, not only did I miss out on lunch, they took my money and then would not do anything to remedy the situation.
