Price gouged while evacuating FL because of Irma. He charged several hundred dollars more than he should have. The owner is a manipulative, lying con artist. I'm an unemployed single mom. I wonder if he enjoyed conning my money. He drove up in a brand new Lexus truck, and he wanted to con me? For what?! I guarantee he is rich, but this guy is stealing money from a single mom? Please don't go to this guy....
Please do not ever ever go there,, bad bad bad, just ask any local auto shop what they have heard about rick dunn,, if you want a nighmare he will give it to you, I did not let him wreck my vaction though, when I finally got my daughters car back they busted the brake lines so the brakes went right down to the floor when I got in it,, Now how can they let him be in business... shame on serverville...
Took vehicle in for engine losing oil pressure, 1700.00 in repairs , now has bad engine knock, they only accept cash and debit card in payment, chasing the owner to pay for repairs is laughable, then owner offering to purchase the truck at a low ball price after repairs , this is a Mickey Mouse operation at its best. Only good thing Dave, a employee ,is great and he is put in a bad situation everyday with this owner. Consumer beware of this Business ! Dave I hope you find a more respectful company to work for.
Done Wrong is a scam!My car had broken down due do to a very, very loud groaning noise. Long story short I had to have Done Right tow it because they were the only place open, not my preferred business. I informed Rick that I had recently had my oil changed, battery changed, and my freon charged. During that first day I had gotten many calls from Rick while I was at work. He had informed me that it was the transmission. At this point I should have known he was lying. He told me he would have to flush the system and that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I was later told that it wouldn't be done till the day after. In total it ended up costing me $790. He said that the system had to be flushed and cleaned. He also changed out a belt, but never mentioned this to me, a $100 charge. The first thing I noticed when I got the car back is that my A/C no longer worked, blowing only hot air. My step-dad, being a mechanic, was very interested in this. A few days later he took a look at my car and the A/C compressor had been simply unplugged, and tied to a hose. They told me that my air compressor was bad and would have to be replaced. When looking under the hood again, they had plugged it back in, however something was odd. There was electrical tape on the wire, looking back to the pictures I took there was no tape there. I removed it and they had CUT THE LINE!With the help of a buddy of mine we saudered the wire back together, and plugged it back in. The freon was overcharged. After releasing a good amount of freon we started the car and the A/C worked fine, and the noise came back. It was from the air compressor, not the transmission!I was informed that the noise is the air compressor releasing freon to prevent it from breaking, and the worst that would happen is that the noise will get louder and the air compressor would go out, a $200 part, not $790.
This man rippes you off!! despite telling him we were affected by the fires due to our careers cleaning cabins. In november, we had to have our car taken to Done Right to look at wiring in car. He swore "im a good Christian man and it will always be right", we should have known better than that. , I Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go here.for anything to do with your car whatsoever. Our vehicle had a few fire sparks and messed up some of the wiring in the car. He had our car for THREE months, despite telling him our career was cleaning cabins and we had lost some in the fire, and everyday he had it we were losing more work. After 3 whole months we had to pay over 1000 for parts and labour. When we got the car it sounded even worse AND the gas gauage nolonger worked. Then we called for 2 days he ignored. He finally calls and says it ready and he left the key at shop. We made it not even two minutes down the street! He claimes he put new :new emmision control model, wires, and sensors. After he told our employer $1000 was all that was due ,he added 64$ in taxes. The feul pump he said was changed was not ! Told a dealership mechanic!!! Weve called and called. Our car never had engine problems until we got it back from doneright. The car will not even run after paying 1000! We took it to a CHEVY dealerahip and comes to find out he didnt replace anything.Dont LET HIm take advantage of you.Ill write on every site to spread word
Glad for no drama other than breakdown! While I was heading to Florida my car started making some kind of noise had to get off the highway was towed from Dunkin' Donuts didn't charge me for the tow good deal they fixed my car within a day had to stay over overall it wasn't too bad of a headache they were fast reasonable and extremely nice
I am so lucky that this shop was opened on a Sunday. Tried to start my car after grocery shopping and it wouldn't start had it towed to this shop. It needed spark plugs and wires. price was very reasonable and they didn't charge me for the tow I call that a win win for a Sunday.
This business is a professional scam artist. Cheats paying customers daily. Do not take your car here.
They ripped us off by stating he did work to fix our car the car broke down less than 6 miles from their shop so took it to someone else who says the work was never done . He has been ran out of town before due to this business ethic.
Worst shop in seveirville. Will charge you for work not done, and rip you off. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR.
