This store is so helpful! They took care of me even though I am not from Tennessee. I felt heard and taken care of! The lady that helped me was AMAZING! If you go, have Ashley help you. She is patient and helpful! GREAT STORE!
If you are considering USCellur please dont. We have been customers for over 20 years and they have changed.They sold a LG phone that has known problems. You can search "LG4 bootloop" and read all about it. Yes its a month past warranty, but LG admits the problem and instructs us to go to our local provider where we purchased it for service. They are no help at all in Sevierville. All they do is refer us back to the manufacturer. No loaner. No assistance. Nothing. Beware!
Sevierville, TN Verizon store. I Edged Up in October. 2 iPhones to 2 S5 Samsungs. The store lost the iPhones I turned in. Verizon billed me. I have spent 1 1/2 months trying to get this $794.58 credited to my account. The store admitted that they lost the phones, They kept telling me that there was a critical issue on my account and to call customer service and tell them that. The critical issue was that someone stole the phones. Customer Service told them to credit my account, but they would not. The General Manager told me that his only responsibility was to fill out a form regarding the phones. He was staying involved because he was such a good guy. In the meantime, I was being called by Verizon Collection and my phone had been turned off to any Verizon numbers. Even when I tried to call the Verizon store, my phone went immediately to Collection. I ended up calling a store in Kingsport, TN from a land line. That Manager took an interest in the case and expedited a resolution.
Somehow my phone was lost but finally got ahold of someone at store and it was found.
I live in Cincinnati Ohio but happened to be on vacation in pigeon forge. I had a warranty replacement phone sent to where I was staying...i put defective device in box provided with return sticker placed on it and decided to stop at this store for new charger. While I was there I asked if they could mail my defective device for me and the salesman said no problem. That was oct. 23rd 2014...today is nov. 9th 2014...att say they haven't received it yet. I call the store I went to and goes directly to voicemail? Att is going to want to charge me over 700.00 for my old phone...someone better get this right!
