I don't expect perfection in a used car. I had explained to GM Eric Gibby that I was looking for a local dealer with whom I could build a LTR and that being treated fairly by an honorable dealer means more to me than anything else.Eric kept saying how great his 2015 Ford Escape(titanium) was. Stating it was his personal driver car and that it has every option except a sunroof and 4WD. The paper work which he provided for me to take to the credit union even stated such naming 2.0L I4 EcoBoost(+$650) and Nav(+$700) as additional add ons included with this car. Results(short version/text limit)Damaged rim($280)1 Tire at 65psi(tire destroyed)($203)Alignment($72)Only 1 transponder(told after payment)($250)NO Navigation as per Ford($1700)I went back to Eric with Ford's no nav papers and asked him to do the right thing in some sort of a refund on the $700 I paid for nav add on and he refused saying his computer had said it was there so it is not his problem and to sue him.

$299 down is nothing but a lie. I have the owner openly admitting on recording that the $299 is nothing but a gimmic and that the "salesman" was there just to get people in the door and get their info. We drove all the way from Knoxville after getting child care for our 3 children just for them to flip the script on us as soon as we got there. They went from "yes it is all ready to go" to "well we need $4900 down and your BMW is only worth $2500 because that's what they sell for at auction" would not recommend.
My family and I were visiting the Gatlinburg area for a couple of days on our way to Myrtle Beach. We had a issue of our vehicle not starting the second day, July 27th. I called road side assistance to assist, they were helpful. I called McNelly-Whaley Ford to see if I could have it towed there and I was told "no". They stated they were too busy, people were on vacation, and there was nothing that could be done for us, UNLESS WE WAITED TO WAIT UNTIL AUGUST 7TH, that was the next available opening they had for us. I find this sad. I am a Ford share holder and consultant for Ford Motor Company. Now I know why people talk bad about Ford.
if looking for a car or truck this is the place to go. great people, great cars, great prices. willing to work with you to put you in the car or truck you want. highly recommend
The gentleman refused to work on my Troy-Bilt trimmer. This is one of the most popular trimmers sold. You can't call yourself a professional service shop if you refuse to work on popular brands. Very bad service and attitude. Would give zero stars if possible.
Jeff is very knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he knows how to make a customer feel appreciated.
I already became the loyal customer of this place. When I was buying the second car I did not even consider the opportunity to go to some other dealerships or people - I was definitely sure that I was going to buy my second car ONLY at the Right Price Auto and I knew it would fit me even better than the first one which I also got from this awesome place! Great people, great customer service and care, friendly atmosphere! I am very thankful to these people and wish their business to grow and prosper because they know how to make each customer happy using the individual approach towards each of us!
I'm just going to leave a quick review for now but I will do a follow up review later when I have more time. Frankly I'm surprised that this car lot don't have a bunch of bad reviews and I'm sure they do on a site somewhere on the Internet somewhere. My follow up review I will go into more detail about this place and my experance . I visited this lot on 10/10/2016. It is a filthy scrungy place. The 2 guys in there are forign and filthy nasty . They both speak very little broken English and sound like they are speaking with a mouthful of marbles. Most of the cars would be back line quality at most lots. Selling salvage and junk quality cars with salvage titles and wanting a premium price. Don't waste your time going to this lot unless you are willing to give 1,500.00 down with I'm sure all kinds of doc and lot fees. Example. A 2006 Nissan Sentra for 5 grand. 1,500.00 down this is a 10 yr old car with a salvage title. I did a vin search online and that car was clobbered on the right front. The car has a black primed front bumper cover with the left head light mounting brackets broken and the head light is loose. A 2,500.00 car at top price for 5 grand and he had to use the battery booster to start it. He told me on the test drive not to turn the engine off. You would think it would at least have a good battery and start on its own for 5 grand . People of this grade need not be selling cars. What crooks and idiots. Losers !!!! Good luck selling ur junk. They must sell to the most desperate people around. I did have a better trade then the car that was on their lot plus I had cash. Get real !!! I do not recommend this place to anyone and hope it ends up going out of business. At the rate they are going they won't survive long. Bunch of crooks. Stay away from this place. Don't waste your time even going there. I wasted 3 hours on this place between time spent there driving the car and a trip there and back home.
They aré freaking yahoo that think we are stupid. They have 2 Chimps that World in the Office that aré To stupid to lick an envelope.
