Gondolier Italian Restaurant

Service was Terrible, Very Unprofessional from the Owner, and Workers on down the line. First we got treated ugly by the waitress when all 5 of us ordered Water to drink. Then when my daughter asked for a white sugar packet, as there was no white "Regular" sugar packets left on our table, the waitress not only acted terrible, but actually said: "Well, you only have water, why do you need sugar". Then when we got ready to pay for our meal, the cashier rang us up, she said well I don't have enough change, handed us our dollars in change. She then closed the cash register and turned away from us... Not even going to give us our change back. I then spoke up, and said my wife can give you change out of her change purse so that you can give us "Our Change" from our cash payment. This is not the 1st time that we have experienced "THIS KIND" of service in this particular Gondolier Pizza place in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge Tennessee.

Great food and even better service. Owner was awesome! Great prices and atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and Get off of the parkway and eat here...you'll thank me later.

If you want a great place to take your family (not just kids), try this restaurant. We are new to Sevierville and our friend introduced us to this place and we have been back numerous times. It can be very crowded, but isn't that the sign of a really good place to eat?? If you want a well prepared meal, hot breadstocks w dipping sauce and drink orders as soon as you sit down, all at a very reasonable price, then you'll have it here. The atmosphere is not for the society folks....but for us....it's just the thing when you want a good hot meal, prepared with care, and you leave full!



One of the important thing I remember is one day at lunchtime, we had a cloud burst, and Peter (the owner) annouced to everyone they better make sure their car windows are up. It's sort of like a big family atmosphere....the owners are always there, making sure everyone is happy and taken care of. I don't think you can get anything better!
