        The Laser Center of Maryland is an aesthetic medical practice specializing in cosmetic surgery with the complement of high tech laser medical techniques. Our cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Jared Mallalieu, offers laser liposuction, tummy tucks, breast augmentations, facelifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, fat grafting (Brazilian bottoms), and earlobe repair. He uniquely applies laser treatment to all incisions to reduce the incidence of scarring and to minimize redness. Dr. VanAntwerp, our medical director, has expertise in laser treatment of tattoos, moles and warts, laser facial rejuvenation, removal of fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, rosacea, active acne and acne scarring, hair removal and treatment for saggy skin.         I spent several thousands of dollars with a plastic surgeon for zero results on laser tattoo removal of two plain black tribal style tats. Dr. VanAntwerp knew upon immediate inspection what laser would achieve immediate, maximum results. He also took the time to educate me on how the inks are not regulated, posing unique challenges for removal, and how different types of ink respond differently to different types of laser light. True to his word, my results were immediate. He even took great care to ensure my comforts as both areas being treated are larger and painful. There is no one else I recommend, and no one else I would trust to touch my body with something so powerful as a laser, and not just for tat removal. My skin has suffered acne damage beyond what some lighter technologies can correct. No one else but Dr. VanAntwerp is trusted to touch my face with a laser. You only get one skin. Be particular and demand excellence before trusting just anyone to work on it.

        I absolutely loved my experience. I had laser lipo and the results are absolutely amazing. Recovery was relatively quick and I only missed one day of work. Dr. Mallalieu was so kind and removed any reservations that I might have had. He explained everything thoroughly and left no stone unturned. The staff was also friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone just starting their journey of self improvement and self love!

        Professional staff... Attentive, flexible scheduling, offer financing...staff will go over everything in detail. They offer no promises but tell you what you can expect and deliver. Ask for Mercy!! She is the best... And the Doctors .... The older Dr. talked with me for over an hour about different things not even related to the services. They care about the person and not just the money... Would highly recommend them for anyone looking into their services.
