We are relatively new to the area and I spent three days trying to get someone out to look at our fridge. I was about to just buy new one but I tried one more repair place after two previous companies had dropped the ball, one didn't even show up. Brad, at Seneca Appliance Repair, returned my call within an hour and showed up within another. Friendly, fast, and reasonable, they will have my business for life!

I have been dealing with Seneca Appliance for many years. All of a sudden I can not get in touch with them either by phone or going to the place of business. They started fixing my ice maker dispenser that was in June. We have not been able to get in touch with him ever since. I called like every other day and drive by every time I I'm in the area. All I want is my ice maker fixed and now my dryer is completely out of heat! HELP!

I called and left a message about my washer not spinning the water out on a Monday morning. Before noon, Brad called me to get my address and the information about the washer and said he could be here in an hour if I was home. He showed up 45 minutes later and fixed my washer for me within a few minutes. He explained that the problem I was having was pretty common with that Model and suggested that I may want to look for a new one in the near future. Well, I tried to make this one last as long as I could and sure enough, I had to call him back out to repair it 2 more times before I finally gave in and bought a new one. He was very helpful in the fact that I while I was washer shopping, I was able to contact him and ask him which washer would I have the least amount of trouble with. It's been a year now and his suggestion has been exceptional. So, not only was Brad quick to call back and repair the old one 3 times for me due to a mechanical flaw per say in the washer itself (which this particular washer model has now been discontinued), he lead me in the right direction of a new one and so far, it's been worry free. In the past, I've had him fix my ice maker, microwave and ordered dishwasher parts from him as well. He has always been honest, prompt in responding, professional, and very affordable. I wouldn't use anyone but Seneca Appliance Repair and I would refer him to friends and family any day. Thanks Brad for all of your help.
