They lied to me about my financing. Then they tried to change the price on me without me knowing, hoping I would just sign the papers. Once the sale was final and I went out to the truck, the tire light was on. Really? You're going to give a customer, who just spent $25,000+, a vehicle with the tire light on? This is such a simple fix. Put air in the tire. It was cold, so that may have been the cause, but fix it before giving it to the customer so I have peace of mind. Also, the gas tank was at half, and apparently it is not their policy to fill up used cars. Now, I may have accepted this ridiculous policy, except the day before, when I went to look at the truck, "the manager's son was driving it and must have went to lunch." So they drive the used cars, and the purchasing customer pays for the gas. Pretty good business model.

DO NOT BUY FROM LAKE KEOWEE CHRYSLER!!!!

I wish I could give this dealership a negative start rating. The first time I tried to purchase a car, they wouldn't let me test drive it until after I bought it because they didn't want to put too many miles on it. I'm pretty sure the real reason was because I was young, and they assumed I could not afford a new car (so I went & bought a new SS Camaro at their competitor the next day).
The next time I was in search of a new vehicle, they were the only dealership that had the vehicle I wanted with all of the options I was looking for. To my surprise, they treated me with a decent amount of respect.
Now for the service department... It is a disaster. At times, it can take over a week to get an appointment for an oil change. Even with an appointment first thing in the morning, every oil change has taken at least an hour and a half to two hours. What finally led me to write a review is the fact that I've been waiting for an hour to get nitrogen put in my tires. An HOUR!!! If any other place near my area had Nitrogen, I would have gone there. Next time, I'll just buy my own Nitrogen bottle from the local weld shop to avoid this disaster of a dealership/service department.

Husband and I bought a dodge truck from them that was suppose to be "certified pre-owned". Had the truck 3 weeks and hadn't even made a payment yet and had to spend $100 on deductible to get rear wheel sensor repaired. Week later same thing happened and had to get the left rear wheel sensor repaired. Had the truck back a week and my husband went under the truck to see how hard it would be to change the oil himself and he saw transmission fluid leaking. Ended up being a small issue we wouldn't have be pay for but we had to drive an hour to take it back AGAIN. When he walked up to service desk he was told it would take longer than the day they previously told him it would take and offered him no rental. We will never step foot back in that place again and we regret buying from them. If you are advertising "certified pre-owned" you would think you would check for something like a transmission leak etc. We have had the truck 9 weeks and it was in the shop or out of use a total of 4 of those weeks and only made one payment on truck. Great people to work with until the sale is made. We STILL have not received our paperwork from when we bought the truck. They SUCK!

Service after the sale HORRIBLE! Bought a Jeep for my son at Clemson, and bought additional service plan. Car was towed in last Saturday with transmission trouble. Have called everyday for a week and still has not even been looked at and no estimate when it will be. My son finished exams and is to be ejected from dorm. Explained all this and no consideration. Called Jeep national customer service and still no response. Clearly no sense of customer service after the sale. Suggest taking all service business elsewhere.

This dealership is nothing short of unprofessional garbage!!! A bunch of telephone tough guys starting with the head idiot Mark Williams. Use them at your own risk and know you've been warned. Treatment of retired military unacceptable!!! Liars, bullies, and scammers. NOT FAST, NOT FUN, NOT FRIENDLY, NOT HAPPENING AGAIN!!!!

GO HAVE A ROOT CANAL BECAUSE YOULL BE IN LESS PAIN. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND ANYONE THINKING OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE SHOULD HONESTLY HAVE THEIR HEAD EXAMINED.

YES THEY HAVE ALOT OF VEHICLES AND BIG SELECTION BUT THATS ALL THEY HAVE..DRIVE FURTHER AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE IDIOTS AND THINK WERE NOT EDUCATED BUYERS. THEIR SALESMAN SIT IN FRONT OF THE STOREFRONT ON PICNIC TABLES LIKE VULTURES..THEIR SALES MANAGERS ARE COMPLETELY UN APPROACHABLE LIKE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER PERSONELL AND THE REASON.....THEY DONT WANT YOU TO HEAR HOW BAD THEY ARE PLANNING TO RIP YOU OFF...YOUVE BEEN WARNED .... I LEARNED BEFORE I PURCHASED A CAR HERE... This is the sorriest dealers*** there is! They are rude, have a crappy customer service (cashier needs to be fired!!), over priced, and takes WAY to long to service a car! My family has bought several cars from these rude idiots who can't do anything. We are never going there again!! I have told family members, relatives, and friends to make the extra 30 minute trip to Mckinney in Easley, SC instead! People who work at Mckinney are much nicer, easier, and better to deal with all around!



Lake Keowee is not fast and definitely not friendly! This is the worst dealers*** I have ever been too!



Will not recommend to ANYONE!

I would not recommend this dea...

I would not recommend this dealership nor shop there again if my life depended on it. The salesman are awful and are unable to fill out simple paperwork correctly. The managers continuously give you the run around and never provide a straight answer. The car I traded in was supposed to have been paid off fully but they didn't send the payoff for over 2 weeks and failed to calculate for the daily interest accrual eventhough they were instructed to do so. Now they are trying to hold me liable for the shortage. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give this dealership any of your business as you would be much better off feeling valued somewhere else.

This gentleman did sign a form stating that he was responsible if the amount was greater than the HE QUOTED US! I do believe that he is enjoying the car that he bought from us!

I bought my car from Brad, he sat down with me and inquired about my needs and wants. He helped me decide on a Chrysler 300C and it is the best car I've ever owned. I planned on taking the whole day to shop for a car but I was driving my new car before lunch! Thanks again to Brad, Amit, and Josh for all their help! I will definately be back to 2 years to trade, probably for another 300C.

This was the worst car dealers...

This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. The sales people are extremely aggressive and will use every technique in the book to push you into a sale. They are dishonest and the poor level of service ranges through all levels of this business, from the sales person to management. They have demonstrated a willingness to pass along vehicles with major mechanical problems without disclosure. They only want your money and do not care about providing a good product for a fair price. Would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

SHADY!!!!!! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SHOW A 2006 TRUCK WITH RIMS ON IT, THEN WHEN IT IS TIME TO DO THE PAPER WORK ASK FOR $1500 MORE OR WE HAVE TO TAKE THE RIMS OFF. WHAT KIND OF CAR LOT IS THIS. THEN MAKE A SLY REMARK THAT THEY KNOW SOMEONE AT RENT-AND- ROLL THAT CAN GET ME SOME RIMS. KEEP YOURS RIMS AND KEEP YOUR TRUCK.

All the used car salesman tricks...



Lure you inside without a price, ask for your keys, delay talking about bthe vehicle price, completely outrageous vehicle prices.



I tyried to leave and I had to ask for my keys 5 times..



I wouldn"t recomment them to my worst enemy.

Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Gives to the Community

Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge is the dealership in this area. The service department has the cheapest oil change in the area ($17.99) and they do an inspection of the engine...lube everything...and wash your vehicle! Wow!



I went to the Easter Egg Hunt they had for kids Sat. Apr 3rd and was super impressed with the event. There was a huge easter egg hunt lots of prizes for the kids. Free portraits with the Easter Bunny who was super sweet with the kids, and they were grilling out yummy hamburgers and hot dogs for free!



What makes it even better is the fact that this event was for charity. They had a huge raffle for Collins Childrens Home. I think their facebook page says they raised over a $1k for this great ministry in our area.



I will definitely be bringing all my vehicle needs to them, and of course I think you should as well. =)
