Buyer Beware!! I gave them one star because it would not allow me to give them anything less!! The worst customer service after sale ever; to start, the manager made an unauthorized charge to my credit card when we were just there wanting a quote and was not even ready to buy. I learned about it over a month later because my bank notified me about it as we were trying to close on our mortgage loan. After I confronted the manager about it he said he was sorry for the charge but he would not be given a refund for the purchase even though he admitted to doing it without my permission . Unethical practices at there finest from this company. And I was stupid to go ahead with them and not carryout lawsuit. Installation service was VERY substandard and took months to get it all completed. As A Disabled Vet, ALL Military members avoid this store at all cost....everyone needs to avoid them. you'll be extremely sorry if you purchase from them as we are. Shady practices and hard to get them to stand by their word. Only company we went with that made building our new home unenjoyable. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I even stepped through their doors....avoid Selma, TX Floor Depot.

Terrible experience. Would never recommend. We deal with contractors on a daily basis and this place is by far the worst. We began the process of purchasing and installing on July 22. It is now September and our floors are still not finished. We only had 800 sq ft of week. The floor was installed perfectly, however transition strips and t-molds are still not completed. We keep getting the run around. We are left months later with an unfinished job. This place does not value their customers and does not work quickly to make anything right. We do not recommend this place to anyone, ever! Our advice, you get what you pay for. Pay extra and go down the road to another store for better customer service.
