        I arrived this morning for my appointment which was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I checked in at the front desk and they notified my hygienist that I had arrived. Lynn, the office manager took me to the Hygienists' area where Kim was located. Kim did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist said that everything looked good. I would say that Lynn and Kim both did a excellent job and acted very professional. I would recommend your office to anyone that needs dental work.

        My mom went to this office today. She was told before her visit that her insurance covered the entire visit as well as being told that there would be no co-pay; however, after she has her teeth cleaned, she was told that she owed 100 dollars. Nobody apologized for misleading her, and she does not have very much money. Misleading an elderly senior citizen is never okay, and my family will not be back.
