Total Rip Off !! They talked us into a service contract on our new computer. After just a month the computer didn't work right. After many phone calls and yanking us around, they had the computer working, it wasn't freezing anymore, but it was soooo slow. the whole reason I bought a new computer was because they talked me into a new one that would be faster instead of fixing our old one. so we spent like 5x more than we wanted to begin with. After dealing with that a week I was mad. made some more phone calls, they had me bring it in. weeks, NOT days, but weeks later they tell me it's a bad hard drive, so they'll replace the machine. how could this be bad already? So we get another machine, and come to find out it's a USED computer !! they tell me their warranty promises to replace with working unit, and sometimes they're refurbished used ones !! this is ridiculous. I paid a couple extra hundred dollars for a service that is a complete waste ! on top of that, I lost important files on the other machine they said they would save and transfer but didn't. Don't EVER go here. Total rip off and waste of our time!

We went to upgrade my wife's phone and had a very pleasant experience. Danielle was very helpful and understanding with what we wanted. She made it very painless.
