General Info: Scheel Construction was established in 1963 by Roger Scheel. In 1980, his sons, Terry and Brian, took over the ownership and operation of the company and focused mainly on residential construction in the Seguin area. Over the years, Terry and Brian have expanded the business to include commercial construction and many other related services in the Central and South Texas areas. Family owned and operated since 1963. Our business is still family owned and operated, and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and personal service. We have established a reputation of honesty and integrity in our community.
