        terrible customer service

        tried over 2 hours to make a reservation, first i was quoted $185 for a jerome room. When I called back to make the reservation the price was $225. The front reception said I needed to make the reservation through their reservation dept to get the $185 price when they forwarded me over to reservations I was told they would call me back later-probably tomorrow-- at this point I had waited on hold over 45 minutes.



        When I called back the front desk back I was told they could do nothing...we had planned to go up early in the morning the next day so I needed to know whether we had reservations. I have spent time at this resort, it was rustic and nice but i will not be returning due to lack of customer service. I had explained to both the front desk and the reservationist that I needed to make the reservation tonight..that I had been on hold for ove 45 minutes.. noone eseemed to care.
