I had absolutely rude/horrible customer service. My television needed to be looked at, and an at home appointment was scheduled and paid for. They did not call to say they would be late and showed up over 30 minutes after the latest time they said to expect them. They left a note stating what times they were in my driveway, and when I returned the call to confront they about why they hadn't called to fill me in, instead of explaining they yelled at me for not being here. Then hung up on me when I asked why I wasn't notified. I took a day off of work for this? Not worth the time!
